Preheat the oven to 350°F grease an 8-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
Cook the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.

Add the garlic, taco seasoning, water, corn, and salsa. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Place one tortilla in the bottom of the springform pan.
5 8-inch flour tortillas
Layer on about 1 cup of meat mixture then a ½ cup of cheese. Create layers of tortilla, meat mixture, and cheese until you’ve completed 4 full layers. Finish with the 5th tortilla and top off your pie with the remaining cheese.
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Bake for 20 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool for about 10 minutes before removing the sides of the pan and cutting.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as green onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, and sour cream.
