Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add the olive oil and diced onion to a large skillet and fry over medium-high heat, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes until the onion is softened and translucent.

Add the ground beef and scramble fry until browned and drain off the fat.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and remove from heat. If desired, you can also mix in ketchup and mustard.

Cut the whole block of slider rolls in half, top and bottom, and place the bottom halves into the baking dish. Evenly spread all of the ground beef over the bottom half of the rolls. Then sprinkle the grated cheese over the beef and add the top halves of the buns.
24 slider buns, 2 cups cheddar cheese
Brush the tops of the buns with the melted butter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
