Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package directions.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 minutes.

Drain the grease and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Add in the marinara sauce a cubed cream cheese and stir until the cheese is mostly melted,, about 5 minutes.
8 ounces cream cheese, 24 ounces marinara sauce
Add in the cooked tortellini and stir to coat.
Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
