EQUIPMENT

  • Popsicle mold
  • Wooden sticks
  • Blender

INGREDIENTS

  • 20 ounces Dole Crushed Pineapple
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 4 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add 20 ounces Dole Crushed Pineapple (with juice) and additional 6 ounces pineapple juice in a blender. Blend on low until fully incorporated.
  • Add 4 ounces heavy cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and pulse until fully incorporated. Taste and add additional whipping cream if desired.
  • Pour the mixture into molds, add sticks, and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight before serving.

NOTES

  • Blend the mixture longer for creamier popsicles.
  • For the sweetest flavor without any added sugar, use canned pineapple in 100% juice.
  • If you are using fresh pineapple, make sure it is very ripe.
  • This recipe makes about 10 to 12 popsicles but may vary depending on the size of the mold you use.
