Copycat Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce

Copycat Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce is better than the take-out version of your favorite spicy sauce! Loaded with jalapenos and sour cream, this sauce is perfect to serve with quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and more!

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons jarred pickled jalapeños diced
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice from jar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.

NOTES

Store in an air tight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. 
To increase the spice, add more jalapenos or cayenne pepper. 
To thin the sauce, add 1/2- 1 tablespoon of jalapeno juice.
