Reuben Sliders are a handheld version of the classic deli favorite! Layers of sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and corned beef combine to make a tasty sandwich!
1cupsauerkrautdrained, and pressed dry with a paper towel
1/4cupbutter
2tsp.Worcestershire sauce
1/2tsp.garlic powder
2tbsp.everything bagel seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the Hawaiian rolls evenly in half, and add the bottom half to a 9x13 baking dish.
Add a layer of the thousand island dressing, followed by 1/2 of the swiss cheese in a single layer. Top the cheese with sauerkraut, spreading it as evenly as possible. Add the corned beef on top of the sauerkraut, followed by the remainder of the Swiss cheese. Top the sliders with the top halves of the rolls.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, then stir to combine.
Brush the melted butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, and then sprinkle the rolls with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is all melted and the tops are golden brown.
NOTES
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
