Shrimp Po’Boy with Homemade Sauce

INGREDIENTS
3
sub sandwich rolls
1
cup
frozen popcorn shrimp
1
cup
lettuce
washed, dried and shredded
1
medium tomato
thinly sliced
½
cup
mayonnaise
1
tsp
ketchup
½
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
½
tsp
creole seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Add your frozen shrimp to the baking sheet and cook according to package instructions, should take 10-12 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and creole seasoning. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Open the sub rolls and using a butter knife, spread the sauce on the inside of both sides.
Add shredded lettuce, covering the bottom of the bun.
Add 2-3 slices of tomato on top of the lettuce layer.
Once the shrimp is cooked, add 8-10 pieces of shrimp onto each sandwich.
NOTES
Best served immediately while shrimp is warm.
