INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large sweet onion sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbps Avocado oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add avocado oil.
  • While the skillet is preheating, slice your peppers and onion into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Saute the sliced onions and minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, just until the onions start to soften and the garlic is fragrant. Then add the sliced bell peppers and continue to sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes, until it reaches desired doneness. Remove from the heat and set aside.

NOTES

I would not recommend freezing this recipe.
