Hi there, I’m Gabby! 

I live in Maine with my husband Joey, our two dogs, and our three cats. We love to cook, and most of all, we love to eat!

I grew up with 6 siblings, so we always found it challenging to find a meal that not only everybody would agree on, but also didn’t take hours to prepare and cook. Finding those recipes came few and far between, often resulting in 2 different meals most nights to please the picky eaters (…I’m raising my hand in shame). I learned a lot of my cooking from my parents and my baking from my grandmothers. We spent countless hours in the kitchen, cooking up shepherd’s pie, homemade macaroni and cheese, pot roasts, peanut butter cookies, brownies, and my favorite- breakfast for dinner, specifically french toast. 

Once I moved out of my parents’ house, I found myself often experimenting with cooking and baking, and trying to go out of my comfort zone with different ingredients. I soon met my now husband, who comes from an Italian family that loves to cook. Joey turned me into a total foodie, and has taught me to expand my palate more than I could’ve ever imagined!

With this blog, we hope to bring you recipes that everybody can enjoy and anybody can create, no matter their level of skill sets in the kitchen. After a long day at work or school, we aim to make cooking a breeze with minimal ingredients, short prep times, and mouthwatering flavors.
