- Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Then drain the excess fat from the pan.
- Stir in kidney beans, tomato paste, Rotel, chili powder, salt, sugar, and cumin.
- Simmer the mixture uncovered after reducing the heat to medium-low.
- Pour a bag of Fritos onto a serving dish or individual plates for each person.

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
